Audio and fax orders are processed by Centaur Careline, a team of dedicated, multi-skilled operators ready to assist practices with every aspect of our service. The Careline is open for your convenience from 8.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday and from 9am - 12 noon on Saturdays (for emergency orders only). The team are extensively trained in the use of our fully integrated SAP business system, which allows them to deal with customer queries immediately.
