Updated Returns Policy
UPDATED RETURNS POLICY
Centaur will accept non-refrigerated medicines returned within five business days through the “My Docs/Returns & Invoices” page of myCentaur.
We have been working with the VMD to further clarify regulations on the return of medicines and are pleased to advise that as of December 2016 we will accept the return of medicines that arrive back at Centaur within five business days of delivery (as opposed to five calendar days).
Please note that when generating your Returns Slip online, myCentaur will automatically account for weekends and Bank Holidays by adding these days to the total number of calendar days allocated for your return.
Our existing Returns Policy for fridge items and non-medicinal items remains the same.
