Customer Notice

Unfortunately due to a technical problem we are currently experiencing the following issues:-


Late night orders placed on 19th September from 6.45pm will not be delivered today 20th September, but will instead be delivered tomorrow, Thursday 21st September.


Some Invoices from yesterday’s orders are not yet showing on MyCentaur, which means returns forms cannot be generated at the moment.


Some Invoices were not available to be shipped with orders delivered today Wednesday 20th September.


We have already identified and fixed the cause of this issue and we are working hard to get the Invoices onto MyCentaur, and are hopeful that this will be corrected later today.


Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, we will keep you updated here once invoices can be displayed.
